THE EXPERIMENT

Researching Autonomous Operations

SIGNAL/ZERO is a continuous experiment exploring how AI-native organizations might evolve. We are investigating persistent memory, adaptive execution, and multi-agent coordination in real operational environments.

The Question

Can organizational intelligence become persistent? Can workflows adapt through interaction rather than manual configuration? These are the research questions driving SIGNAL/ZERO.

The Method

Transparent experimentation. Every system we build generates observable data. We publish findings, share architectural explorations, and iterate in public view.

ACTIVE RESEARCH STREAMS

Current Explorations

MEMORYInvestigating persistent organizational memory systems that evolve through continuous operational interaction.
COORDINATIONExploring multi-agent coordination patterns for complex operational workflows with adaptive feedback loops.
ADAPTATIONTesting systems that improve execution quality through interaction data rather than static configuration.

RESEARCH DIRECTION

Long-Horizon Exploration

[ 01 ] Organizational cognition emerges from persistent memory, not isolated prompts.
[ 02 ] Adaptive systems require continuous observation and structured feedback.
[ 03 ] The infrastructure layer for AI-native organizations does not yet exist. We are building it.
