Operational Data: We collect the payloads, commands, and queries you submit to the ZYNIQ LABS core. This data is essential for the system to process your requests and execute designated tasks.

2. System Telemetry and Logging

Due to the high-security nature of our infrastructure, comprehensive telemetry logging is mandatory for all connections. When you access our platform, our servers automatically record certain information ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, latency metrics, and cryptographic hashes of your session state. We use this information solely for anomaly detection, network security, and maintaining operational reliability.

3. Autonomous Processing via ZYNIQ LABS

By interacting with this platform, you expressly acknowledge that portions of your operational data will be processed by the ZYNIQ LABS autonomous intelligence core.

The ZYNIQ LABS system evaluates incoming data autonomously to determine risk, execute tasks, and route information. This processing is strictly bound by internal logic constraints. Human intervention in data processing is minimized by architectural design, and access to raw processing streams is restricted to highly cleared engineering personnel during critical audits.
