Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
ZYNIQ LABS operates under a principle of data minimization. We collect only the information strictly necessary to authenticate your identity, secure the infrastructure, and facilitate your interaction with our systems.
Account Data: We may collect your email address, decentralized identifiers (DIDs), organizational affiliation, and public cryptographic keys used for authentication.
Operational Data: We collect the payloads, commands, and queries you submit to the ZYNIQ LABS core. This data is essential for the system to process your requests and execute designated tasks.
2. System Telemetry and Logging
Due to the high-security nature of our infrastructure, comprehensive telemetry logging is mandatory for all connections. When you access our platform, our servers automatically record certain information ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, latency metrics, and cryptographic hashes of your session state. We use this information solely for anomaly detection, network security, and maintaining operational reliability.
3. Autonomous Processing via ZYNIQ LABS
By interacting with this platform, you expressly acknowledge that portions of your operational data will be processed by the ZYNIQ LABS autonomous intelligence core.
The ZYNIQ LABS system evaluates incoming data autonomously to determine risk, execute tasks, and route information. This processing is strictly bound by internal logic constraints. Human intervention in data processing is minimized by architectural design, and access to raw processing streams is restricted to highly cleared engineering personnel during critical audits.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your information to a third party if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Security Threats: We may disclose information to protect the security or integrity of our platform, to protect ZYNIQ LABS or our users from harm or illegal activities, or to respond to an emergency.
- Service Providers: We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
5. Cryptographic Security Measures
The security of your data is paramount. We employ strong encryption, secure network boundaries, and continuous automated auditing to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 block-level encryption. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention Policy
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
System telemetry and anonymized operational hashes may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of training system models, improving security algorithms, and historical auditing.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your data.
To exercise these rights, you must submit a formal cryptographic request via the designated operator terminal. Please note that certain data linked to immutable ledgers or critical system logs cannot be altered or deleted without compromising the integrity of the ZYNIQ LABS core.
8. Contact Information
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, our data handling practices, or your dealings with the ZYNIQ LABS platform, please contact our Data Protection Officer through the secure dispatch channel provided to authenticated users.
